We are excited to be taking part in the Veterans Gratitude Week! We will be offering 3 classes, the proceeds of which will go to the Veterans Yoga Project. The mission of Veterans Yoga Project is to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities. Unwind physical and mental knots and tension with pranayama (breath work) a tiny bit of mantra (chanting), and a gentle yet sturdy asana (yoga poses) practice. Join Theresa as she points you in the direction of a powerfully positive relationship with yourself and your true nature, strengthening your sense of gratitude and community. Anyone can join this class, as this practice is formatted for all levels, from beginner to advanced!
