Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation

This guided, lying-down, meditation technique induces full-body relaxation and strong states of awareness. We will begin with gentle tension-relieving stretches and resting poses, leading up to a Yoga Nidra practice. The various elements of the workshop, taken together and practiced regularly, may improve sleep and memory, relieve anxiety and fatigue, and make up a sophisticated set of mind-body tools to generate greater calm and clarity in navigating the storms of life.
