YOGA TRAINING
A Yoga Alliance credentialed 200 hour program.

With a base in biomechanics and functional anatomy, we will learn how to break down asana (the poses) to make it both more accessible and/or more challenging depending on your goals.
​
We will look at the history of yoga, exploring how we got from the ancient yoga texts such as the Vedas and Upanishads to a hot yoga studio in every neighborhood. And we will dive deep into the philosophy and lifestyle of yoga, and how to make it approachable in our western every day lives. You will learn about Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and more.

The schedule is Fridays 5 pm to 9 pm,
Saturdays 9 am to 6 pm, and Sundays 9 am to 6 pm.
​
There will also be a monthly study group for review, but we will find a day that works for the group for these.
​
Zoom is an option as back-up, but this is an in-person, in real life, training.

The price is $2,300. We ask for a $500 (non-refundable) down payment to reserve your space. Full tuition must be paid by February 1
