Originally meaning NonImpact Aerobics, this is a fusion fitness class combining dance, martial arts and healing arts for a workout like no other. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Uses ample props and blankets allowing the student to truly relax, both body and mind, absorbing the full benefit of the practice.
A fun and relaxed flow class sequenced to minimize getting up and down from the ground. Props are used to make poses accessible, so that everyone can enjoy themselves while working to build strength, flexibility and balance.
