A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.

I am so glad that you are here in 2022 with me!

Let's start by just patting ourselves on that back and saying "Yay you! Great job!" We made it through 2021, maybe with a few bumps and bruises, but we made it. For me, that's enough, at least for today. I am so glad that you are here in 2022 with me!

Although I am having a hard time wrapping me head around the fact that another year has past, I am so excited for what this year is going to bring. We are hoping to start the year off with the right attitude and have a good time doing it, so we are playing BINGO at the studio! Want to play? Each week we will be playing for a gift card to a local business. Week 1 is half over, but I think you can catch up, or join us for next week! You can find the card on our Facebook of Instagram feed, or if you want me to email it to you, just reply here, I am happy to do so. This weeks card is at the bottom of this email to get you started. Make sure you get your card in by end of day on Friday, the weekly drawing will happen Saturday morning! Yo can drop it off, email, text a picture, or any other way you can think of.

We are also beyond excited to announce that our yoga school, Ahmisa Yoga Training, has been fully accredited by Yoga Alliance. This project has been 2 years in the making and I can NOT wait to share it with you. This is a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and Life Enrichment program. We will be meeting one weekend a month starting in March and will run for 10 months. The investment cost for this is $2500.

Ahimsa Yoga Training is a comprehensive yoga teacher training program appropriate for anyone who wants to deepen their practice, whether they want to teach or not. This 200 hour program will cover the history, philosophy, and asana of yoga in the west. With a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, students will learn how to adapt poses to truly bring the benefit of the pose to the person.

Finding your own personal yoga path will be the basis for this training, as we cover Hatha Yoga, Restorative and Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and more.

Our first Information session is January 16, Sunday, at 4:30 and we will start taking applications then.

I am so so grateful to you for joining all of us at Gentle Healing for whatever the path 2022 has in store for us. We truly hope that we can support you however we can through this next year and beyond.

Much love, Om Shanti,

Robyn and the Gentle Healing Team
