At Gentle Healing we offer everything you need to get on a path of healthy living and stay there. Gentle and accessible yoga and movement classes that feel good in your body and a sense of community and support throughout the studio are what make us stand out from other studios.
Beginners are always welcome in any of our classes.
We also have experienced and caring massage therapists to offer support for your body, and counseling to offer support for your soul.
