Ahimsa Yoga training is a comprehensive yoga teacher training program appropriate for anyone who wants to deepen their practice, whether they want to teach or not.
This 200-hour program will cover the history, philosophy, and asana of yoga in the west. With a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, students will learn how to adapt poses to truly bring the benefit of the pose to the person. Finding your own personal yoga journey will be the basis for this training, as we cover Hatha Yoga, Restorative and Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and more.
Our next session will be starting this spring, and will run one weekend per month for 10 months. The schedule will be Wednesday and Friday evenings, all day Saturday and Sunday. Stay tuned for more info!
