At Gentle Healing we offer everything you need to get on a path of healthy living and stay there. Gentle and accessible yoga and movement classes that feel good in your body and a sense of community and support throughout the studio are what make us stand out from other studios.

A fun and relaxed flow class sequenced to minimize getting up and down from the ground. Props are used to make poses accessible, so that everyone can enjoy themselves while working to build strength, flexibility and balance.
